I had two Jet Ski's stolen and sold on Ebay.....They Failed to do there part in Protecting there customers, By not making It mandatory for Vin #'s To be checked. The Vin #'s are put on there by the factory to protect from theft.....And no the Vin #'s were not changed by the theif. What about the little people that Ebay has abused?
