The support from the Ad words team is a no good, what will be the benefit of the relationship when the bpf is gone, ever answer you get from Google when it comes down to an account is text book, I went to a seminar in Ireland where the head of Europe said "We value agencies" well this is not the case. Our company has given Google over 6 Million per quarter, we manage these accounts on a daily bases, it will not hurt our business , but we will feel the pinch, I just think its a joke, like I said , they are buying our more business every day then any other company I know, and yet they don’t value the agency relationship. There should be a ban Google day!
